The price and delivery terms for oversized cargo are agreed separately (more than 30 kg per 1 package-place or one side more than 120 cm).

1. The packages over 30 kg are delivered to the driveway/front door/porch. Delivery to a particular floor/door in a multi-storey building is agreed separately.
2. For pick-up of parcels is 250 rubles. (within the MRR and RR area).
3. Fee for courier waiting at the pick-up address for over 15 min. (up to 1 hour) is 300 rubles.
4. Couriers and employees of self-delivery points do not provide consultations concerning goods.
5. FFree storage (holding) of goods: for a period of up to 7 calendar days.
6. Processing of an order with two or more components or a custom number of articles orders: 30 rubles.
7. Deliveries after 6pm are subject to a "Delivery at a specific time" fee: 300 rubles.
8. An internet shop purchase refused by a buyer is nonetheless considered as duly delivered to the buyer. A full delivery fee shall apply, as well as the rate multiplied by 0.5 for return of the purchase to the internet shop. On pick-up return of orders to internet shops is done free of charge.
9. Items dispatched with the declared value are subject to an extra charge of 1% from the declared value.
10. If you have less than 50 parcels per month rates are negotiated separately.
