COURIER AND EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE

If you are interested in express delivery of documents, please read the information below:

* Tariff “Special” – for documents delivery to tax authorities, consulates, embassies, pension funds, etc. The price includes 2 hours wait. Each additional hour after that: 300 rub.
** If the volumetric weight of the cargo is greater than its physical weight, the delivery price is calculated based on the volumetric weight.

	Tariff «Super-Express» automatically applies to all orders for same-day delivery made after 1 pm.
	If you require courier services in Moscow and would like to book a courier to arrive at a specific period (a period shorter than 3 hours, for example between 3 pm and 6 pm), or a delivery at a particular time (a period shorter than 3 hours, for example between 11 am and 2 pm), the price is calculated as your selected tariff + 150 rub.
	A wait longer than 15 min, and up to an hour, is subject to an additional fee: 300 rub. for every 15 minutes.
	False call — 200 rub.
	Fragile items (including items from glass and fragile plastic) are subject to your selected tariff + 50%.
	Large (outsized) items (one item over 80 kg, or one side over 150 cm) are subject to your selected tariff + 50%.
	If the collection/delivery address is outside the Moscow Ring Road, the delivery price will be calculated based on the deviation from the MRR.
	Naturally, urgent deliveries in Moscow also apply to large items and outsized cargo. Delivery of large (outsized) items (one item over 32 kg, or total weight of the shipment over 100 kg) is subject to an additional fee for loading and unloading.

If you would like to request an urgent cargo delivery, we would require information about the type of cargo;
Weight, number of items;
How many storeys the collection (delivery) building has;
Whether it has a cargo lift;
Distance between the available parking and the collection building, if you are requesting a delivery in Moscow.
